According to the Daily Beast, Melania is pushing Donald to bring back his former advisor Kellyanne Conway. Because she thinks that if there’s one person who can help him win the presidential campaign, it would be Kellyanne, as she was quite instrumental in helping him beat Hillary Clinton back in 2016.
Not only that, but Melania is pushing for Kellyanne to comeback simply because she believes she’s a “familiar face amid a sea of relative newcomers” who probably don’t know what they are doing at this point.
And if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Donald’s relationship with Melania, it’s that he always listens to what his wife has to say.
What’s Next For Donald Trump And Kellyanne Conway?
Trump might have made some disparaging comments about women in the past, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with his own inner circle who has helped him in the past.
Apparently, Trump listens to powerful women more than he listens to powerful men.
One source close to the situation even said, “He listens to Hope Hicks. He listens to Brooke Rollins. Ironically, he likes powerful women. If you’re a sharp woman, he will listen to you. Hope and these people could tell him the hardest shit. He may not have done anything, but at least he listens.”
Donald even met with Kellyanne earlier this month. The insider added, “The genesis of this was when Kellyanne tweeted out the picture with Trump. That was the moment when Kellyanne and Trump were saying: ‘This is where I’m going.’”
